Hey Guys, This is the continuation of my last Transformation Diary. I am going to be starting on Week 4 here and updating you all the way until Week 16 about diet, stats, training, supplementation, and cycle. The protocol changes from week to week so I will post an individual video for each week starting with this week which will be week 4/16 of my spring transformation program.
