This diary is to chronicle my experience going from a lifetime natty women’s figure and wellness competitor to my first year of taking PED’s.
5-6 days lifting, PPL format, started cardio in last 2 months of prep, from 150up to 300 mins cardio per week
During off season ( 10/2023 – 03/2023), did two cycles of sarm stacks (mk677/lgd4033/ostarine/S4, then Rad150/S23/Cardarine/Sr9009, 8 wks each). resumed daily 2iu HGH in 01/2023 after completing a 2 month break. Start of prep used Sibutramine to suppress appetite, and ran a mixed cycle of 10mg Var/ostarine/s4/Rad 150 8 wks, off 4 weeks, then 6 week comp prep stack of 10mg Var/ Win/Nolva plus clen/t3/t4 stack for final 3 weeks.
Strategy was successful, placed 1st in WPD regional show, and won my IFBB pro card in women’s bodybuilding 40+ overalls at the NPC masters nationals.
