Wk 1-16: GP Sust 270 – 1cc EOD, GP Bold 300 – 0.5cc EOD, GP Exemestane – 25mg EOD, possibly 12.5mg if you find 25mg is too high;
Wk 1-10: GP Phenyl – 0.5cc EOD;
Wk 1-3: GP Methan 10 – 40mg ED, split into 2-3 doses per day;
Wk 14-16: GP Methan 10 – 40mg ED, split into 2-3 doses per day;
This is a moderate to advanced mass building cycle that will produce solid gains without a ton of additional fluid retention . For a more advanced user, you could always pick up a little extra EQ and run it at 0.7cc EOD. This is the cycle that I have found works best for me. I’ve shared it with many of my clients and now I would like to share it for everyone to consider, for your next off season mass phase.
For the Dbol dosing, you will have some extra Dbol tabs, which you could use to run a little longer than the first 3 wks, or start back up a little sooner when you begin Dbol again in the last 3 wks. 3 wks of Dbol should be enough to “kick start” the cycle. Your Sust and NPP will kick in quickly, producing some faster gains, while the EQ and longer esters in the Sust will slowly build. EQ will reach peak levels after 6 wks and will continue to produce gains through the rest of the cycle
